Scholarships for Our Students: Investing in the Future

We believe in lifting up not only our employees but also their families. That’s why Swift Charities offers annual scholarships to the children and legal dependents of Swift employees. These scholarships help students pursue higher education at universities, community colleges, or trade schools, giving them the opportunity to chase their dreams without being held back by the high cost of tuition.

Each year, eligible undergraduate and graduate students can apply for financial assistance. Students should have active participation in school and community activities, as well as be academically motivated as determined by transcripts, recommendations, and application materials.

The program is designed to reward hard work and potential while helping families manage the rising costs of education. These scholarships, worth up to $2,500 per year ($1,250 per semester), help cover tuition, fees, books, and more.

Contributions from employees fund the program, with matching funds from the corporation. By investing in the next generation, Swift Charities strengthens the legacy of the Swift family and builds brighter futures for tomorrow’s leaders.
